The new issue of Entertainment Weekly, which goes on sale and online tomorrow, will feature Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson from the upcoming teen vampire movie Twilight.
Check out a large version of the cover here below.
In the big-screen adaptation of the Stephenie Meyer book, which hits theaters on December 12, 2008, Stewart plays the teenaged Bella Swan, whose life gets turned upside-down after she meets and falls in love with the vampire Edward Cullen (Pattinson).
I think Stewart looks gorgeous in this cover shot, but Pattinson’s vampire make-up is a bit overdone, much more than in his other promo photos for the film. They make an attractive pair, nonetheless. I know there’s a ton of Twilight fans out there (and chances are I’ll be sitting next to some of you at the film’s panel at the San Diego Comic-Con later this month), so speak up! What do you think of the EW cover?
Here’s the message from the official Stephenie Meyer website:
Head to your newsstands this Friday to pick up the latest Entertainment Weekly with TWILIGHT on the cover! Entertainment Weekly wanted to give the fans a first look at the cover (and they have given us permission to let fansites know they can post it as well!). The article inside has Stephenie’s FIRST BREAKING DAWN interview (don’t worry, no spoilers!). Enjoy!
There’s actually been a lot of discussion about this cover (and the subsequent pictures from the article) on Twilight forums. Most posts I’ve read have commented about Robert looking a little ‘overdone’.
Personally, I don’t think he’s buff enough to pull off the open-shirt look. But it’s Spank Ransom! How could you not love him, however they photograph him?
Comment by Christine — July 10, 2008 @ 11:22 pm
Apparently Stephenie Meyer’s sexy vampires are now dirt digging slobs???
I cannot express how horrific I think this picture is….
It’s so bad it’s comical; I mean he looks like a zombie or about to vomit on Kristen!
I thought the character was supposed to be attractive not someone needing serious medical attention!
I guess the look they’re going for is………..ANEMIC BARBARIN???
Can we take all the issues and burn them?
I have a feeling the guy who did the edits on the cover has a wife is a TM (twilight mom) who has a thing for Twilight and this is his way of getting revenge for all the men being ignored by their twilight obsessed women!
This is absolutely ridiculous! A Harlequin Romance cliche? This picture doesn’t even begin to capture the essence of Twilight!
First of all…Edward is supposed to be gorgeous- Greek God.
NOT LOOKING LIKE HE JUST DUG HIMSELF OUT OF HIS OWN GRAVE
Look at his fingers…they literally have dirt on them! Umm. Excuse me before we get this shot can we have you stick your hands in this bag of potting soil. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
Secondly…Bella would NEVER wear something like that…makeup, girly dress…unless Alice got her hands on her!
If this is the route they are taking with the marketing…they are risking loosing all the potential new viewers that aren’t already Twilight fans and making a serious disservice to the film and all the Twilight fans worldwide!
Poor Stephenie and everyone who has worked so hard on promoting this film in it’s true light!
Shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VERY TRUE ON THE WHOLE OVER DONE
WITH THE MAKEUP BUT IT LOOKS GREAT
EVEN THOUGH I’M A LITTLE SKETCHY WITH
ROBERT’S PERFORMANCE AS A SEX GODS TO
THE TEENAGE ERA
BUT NONETHELESS
ITS GREAT COVER AND I CAN’T WAIT TO GET IT

Holy shit! Cedric Diggory is really Lestat!!!
It all makes sense now!
Comment by NeverWanderer — July 11, 2008 @ 4:22 am
I hate the cover. It doesn’t do Rob Pattinson justice. He’s gorgeous, but they somehow got the worst picture possible of him and use it for a cover. Plus the theme of the photo doesn’t really go with Twilight and the characters. Bella and Edward aren’t this over the top.
Comment by Shaun — July 11, 2008 @ 4:50 am
Oops…I totally meant Spunk Ransom (not Spank).
I guess my subconscious came out a little with that one. :)
Comment by Christine — July 11, 2008 @ 6:46 am
Everyone has had something to say about Robert ‘Edward’ Pattinson, as do I, but I feel everyone has said enough about him already that I may skip him, and move on to Kristen ‘Bella’ Stewart.
Take another look at her. Great… she looks great, doesn’t she? Whatever happened to that she was a normal, average teenage girl (and if you read the outtakes on Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Page of her website, doesn’t even like to wear make-up)? Here, she looks like a vampire, what with the pale skin and dark-ish eyes, and to my understanding, she doesn’t get changed into a vampire until book four in the saga, if changed at all.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still greatly looking forward to the movie, but I don’t think the purpose of the book/film was executed well in this photo at all. I think this may have ruined perspective for people wanting to see the movie before reading the book.
Comment by Megan — July 11, 2008 @ 2:10 pm
What it boils down to:
-Any publicity is good publicity.
-Kristen Stewart is beautiful with and without make-up, and she’s a hell-of-a fine actress.
-Robert Pattinson is gorgeous, and is an exceptional actor based on ALL of his films, not just the widely publicized Harry Potter GoF.
-Together in Twilight, with the help of Catherine Hardwicke’s vision and of course Stephenie Meyer’s characters, these two actor’s are going to leave us breathless.
-EW made some bad decisions on choosing the cover of their latest issue, however have they ever previously had an issue more talked about than this one? Again, any publicity is good publicity.
-Finally, Robert and Kristen had no control over the make-up put on them, the clothes picked out for them, nor the ‘direction’ given as to facial expressions and posture…stop blaming them, Robert in particular, for things that were out of their hands…
And that’s what it all comes down to.
Comment by blearyeyedmesgirl — July 11, 2008 @ 7:34 pm
I really am not a fan of this piece, I love everything previous to this. Kristen, who has an amazing down-to-earth air about her is no longer the Kristen that I adore in this picture. She looks very ‘old hollywood” to me and that is extraordinarily beautiful, but that is all. She can look beautiful and still not have any personality come off of her. This is the only time that I believe a picture/cover has not done justice to her or Bella. She just looks too seductive…So seductive that there is absolutely no personality coming off of her.
Robert is an amazing actor (as well as Kristen) and I definitely see him trying to act as “Edward” would in protecting “Bella”, but the wardrobe and make-up does him no justice either. That man is GORGEOUS and it makes me sad how they had to smother my Gradfather’s toothepaste all over his body. Though, I admitt that he can amazingly pull off my Grandfather’s toothepaste, but when trying to portray Edward the wardrobe department did a less than satisfactory job with both of the actors.
The photographer should have read the book, end of story. The way she had Robert and Kristen pose for this really aggravated me. The photographer is to blame for Kristen looking so…Fake. They tell the actors how to pose and how to act in it to perfect their vision and from my perspective that photographers vision is not at all up to par with the picture that the boy who created the “Twilight” poster where Edward is towering over Bella in a protective but still respectful way while Bella looks protected, but not completely weak in character.
If this cover did not say “TWILIGHT SAGE” on it I would have never guessed that was what they were trying to “do.” I in no way shape or form blame the actors because they did what they were given a “task” and they complied. I sadly blame EW for not capturing Twilight when instead they captured… Cheesy Sex. Which is not what the Twilight series are about at all FROM MY PERSPECTIVE.
Comment by Saraaa numba 600000 — July 11, 2008 @ 7:46 pm
I forgot to say how much I love Kristen Stewart, so yeah a lot less make-up and a more natural pose would have flattered her SO much more because she is a beautiful girl and a beautiful actress without all of that make-up.
Comment by Saraaa numba 600000 — July 11, 2008 @ 7:50 pm
This is a ridiculously overdone-looking picture. Robert looks too pale, way too made-up, and his chest hair is very anti-Edward. Kristen also looks kind of…well, definitely not Bella.
Comment by Crystal — July 11, 2008 @ 8:01 pm
I’m definitely not a fan of it. I’m happy it made the cover, but it’s so awful! Why don’t they like like they do in the promo photos? -mutters- Oh well, the interior photos make up for it. :3
Comment by Kaite — July 11, 2008 @ 8:02 pm
oh my god RELAX!!!!!!!!!! i absolutely LOVE the twilight books but i don’t have a problem with the cover. it’s not showing edward and bella it’s showing the two young up-and-coming actors who are portraying them.
Comment by Celia — July 11, 2008 @ 8:34 pm
1 Magazine cover photo Edward doesn’t look ANYTHING like Twilight movie/book Edward should. He’s wearing waaay too much makeup, his hands are dirty and his eyes are blue lol.
2 Magazine cover photo Bella doesn’t look ANYTHING like Twilight movie/book bella should. She also has on too much makeup, she’s wearing something Alice might wear AND her eyes are ALSO blue…it also seems a little thrown together. I wonder if this is like a joke or something…like maybe they actually have another cover and just wanted to get a rise out of all the Twihards. The Twilight saga= AMAZING! this photo is the exact opposite. No chem, Edward looks dead(which is kinda the point I guess..) plus he couldn’t get THIS close to Bella till Eclipse. In Twilight he was still too tempted to kill her. I might be reading WAAAAY too far into it, but ya’ll wanted opinions and here’s mine. P.s. I LOVE Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Edward and Bella and have loved them since they announced it. They have AMAZING onscreen chem But this picture looks like a corny romance novel cover…it doesn’t do anything for me.
Comment by SydVicious — July 11, 2008 @ 8:36 pm
HATE IT!!! This doesn’t depict what Twilight is all about AT ALL. If I didn’t already know what Twilight was before this, this picture would probably have made me not want to see the movie. Robert looks completely ridiculous, and Kristen is way too overdone also.
Comment by Rebecca — July 11, 2008 @ 8:43 pm
p.s. I don’t in ANY way blame the actors. EW’s photographers and make up artists should have listened to Rob and Kris and gotten direction from them. Blearyeyedmesgirl and Saraaanumba600000 summed it up when they said that this cover was selling the sex part of Twilight and any publicity is good publicity…I just wished EW realized how HUGE twilight is and aimed to please instead of aiming for “any publicity is good publicity.” cause no matter what…anything that deals with the Twilight saga is going to get MAJOR publicity haha
Comment by SydVicious — July 11, 2008 @ 8:49 pm
I don’t like the cover.I think is a little too overdone amd I’ve seen better pictures of Rob. Kristen looks pretty, but the lipstick and that dress…… so not Bella. They don’t look like Bella and Edward to me, just complete stranger.Although I’m still going to get that magazine and read the articles no matter what.I think they could haved made a better cover.
Comment by Arlette — July 11, 2008 @ 8:51 pm
They should’ve put the picture of them in the rain as the cover. That is all I have to say.
Comment by Banana — July 11, 2008 @ 8:51 pm
Ok, edward never takes his shirt of or exposes his chest in twilight. NEVER.
Also Kristen Stewart is too tan.
Apart from that i think its ok. It pretty cool that they got the cover months before it comes out anyway.
I am a huuuge twilight fan and i agree that they are selling the sex part. Which is not what twilights about.
The people that havent read it are getting the wrong impressions. THat it is just a teen romance thing. Which its not. (well it is, but its also more than that)
ALso, who says Dark Night is bigger than Twilight?!?!? Dark Night had NOWHERE NEAR as much publicity as Twilight does, months before its out.
Twilight is gonna be one of the biggest movie of the…..millenium?
Comment by spider monkey — July 11, 2008 @ 9:06 pm
The only thing that pisses me off to NO END is Rob’s hair!!! COME ON! are you telling me that the Photo directors could spend hundreds of dollars on photoshopping it, yet couldn’t spend 5 bucks on some hair gel for him?? -_-
other than that I like it. Kristen looks effin gorgeous..and c’mon its ROB and his CHEST! thats more than enough for me…
and besides, the pictures inside of the magazine SO make up for it!!!
So yeah..set aside his hair and tone down the paleness and makeup, and it would be amazing (not that it already isn’t great)
And Hell yes Twilight is finally getting the publicity it deserves!!!!!
Comment by Danii — July 11, 2008 @ 9:17 pm
Here’s my thought. Ever hear of a marketing ploy?
Maybe there’s a reason the cover was sexed up and made to look nothing like the characters. In the past few days since this cover hit the net, there’s been non-stop discussions happening. You think that’s not helping out Twilight? It’s putting it over the top. Not only did the movie get on the cover of EW, but now tons of girls (they take up a majority) and women and maybe even some dudes are out there BASHING a major magazine for getting it wrong!
This cover has generated so much publicity for Twilight – who cares if it’s bad? It’s doing what it set out to do.
Comment by Aubrey — July 11, 2008 @ 9:23 pm
To me, the first impression I got of this picture was “Romeo and Juliet”, completely. It looked more like a cover for that.
Once I thought of it that way, it made more sense. I always thought of Edward and Bella as the new, modern Romeo and Juliet, but with classic qualities.
Like some, or should I say most, of these comments point out, Rob does look a bit overdone but that’s exactly the pale I imagined. The only thing I would have to change is his open shirt, I agree with those saying that he can’t pull off an opened-shirt look just yet.
Kristen looks amazing, but it does not reflect her role in the novel.
Overall, its not the best cover and we have to keep in mind that it’s way too early to analyze the movie just yet, especially based on a few promotional images.
In conclusion, it’s well done, but a bit overdone.
Comment by Anna — July 11, 2008 @ 10:01 pm
you know, guys, I don,t think you realize what Twilight really is about. It IS a love story. It,s normal then that promotional pictures are intense and show some light sexuality.
And anyway, that book was never written for some innocent thirteen years old. really guy, get a grip…I think this picture is actually really nice.
Comment by johanna — July 11, 2008 @ 10:22 pm
I hate this cover. i realize they had no choice, but robert looks down right gross. kristen looks totally beautiful. but that isnt a the right way to portray bella. i guess its publicity either way. but people are going to get the wrong idea about this movie. im sure there were better pictures to chose from. the make up is terrible on robert. he does not have nearly enough muscle to pull that shirt off, and his chest is hairy! edward would not have a hairy chest. sorry, i know im being really negative, but i just really dislike it. his hair also looks all wrong and strange. i guess it will bring more viewers, which will hopefully lead to a bigger budget for the next movies if they’re made, so thats good. but i would have prefered another picture to get the same publicity.
Comment by Hannah — July 11, 2008 @ 10:35 pm
I don’t believe the EW weekly people who did the photo shoot have obviously not read the shoot. Robert Pattison’s vampire make-up is overdone, and this picture certainly does not do him justice. He’s absolutely gorgeous. The open shirt is odd, because as it’s been pointed out, Edward NEVER takes his shirt off in Twilight. Stephanie keeps the books agonizedly clean. Bella, the character we all know and love, would never wear a dress or make-up like that unless Alice has gotten a hold of her.
Yes, the cover is certainly generating publicity, but it’s also going to down off some people who don’t know the books, and possible some people who have read the book, but don’t check Twilight fansites and forums and have seen all the other movie photos. The magazine is certainly going to sell well, and that’s great for EW, but it may hurt Twilight in gathering new fans.
Comment by Bridgette — July 11, 2008 @ 10:55 pm
Ok, I will start off with saying that I also do not blame the actors at all for this cover. But honestly, are u kidding? Kristen was way too tan and the makeup was a bit much and her dress was so not Bella. BUT I can handle the way Kristen looks. Rob on the other hand was horrible! I mean, his paleness was ok if he was trying to be Edward, but as Rob himself then yes he was too pale. But what made me cringe was his chest hair (so not Edward-like as someone previously said) and also as someone else has already pointed out, his nails. Honestly, Edward is a vampire, who has all the time in the world. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t let himself look like that. it was just all wrong if they were trying to portray Edward and Bella. If they were just trying to be themselves, then its not as bad. I’m still truly disappointed over this cover
Comment by ARE YOU KIDDING ME? — July 11, 2008 @ 11:08 pm
Its hard to tell if the actors are posing as themselves of their characters. Regardless, its not a very good picture(well, the cover shot at least: the inside ones are fabulous). Anyways, it seems like the photographers couldn’t decide which way they wanted to go. They kind of have a mix and match thing going on. But, as long as us Twilight Series super fans(or whatever you want to be called) know what Edward and Bella are supposed to look like, its okay. In addition, I don’t think we should get too upset over this picture; by December 12th there will be plenty f good pictures to gush about!
Comment by allison — July 11, 2008 @ 11:41 pm
Uh SpiderMonky???? Edward is wearing an unbuttoned shirt in the meadow scene of twilight. You read that part right?!
Comment by Tracy — July 11, 2008 @ 11:42 pm
I would like to tell the person that said that Edward never exposes his chest in Twilight something. If you go to pg. 256, in chapter 12 of Twilight, it states that his shirt is unbuttoned and that his chest is exposed. That is all.

Seriously – HIS FINGERNAILS!! Gross!!!!!
I have to agree with the commenter. I couldn’t find the appropriate word to explain it but Rob seriously looks like he just dug his way out of his own grave.
Kristen looks fabulous, but seriously, WHY?
Okay, the answer is obvious, but isn’t the marketing side of things losing the more important opportunity they had here: EDWARD CULLEN. Honestly, they could have had the majority of the teenage girls in America melting off their seats in the theatre (or just to buy this cover) if they pulled it off right, but they nearly failed.
The cover is still breathtaking (thanks to the apple) but at a closer look they have us wondering…
Comment by Breana — July 12, 2008 @ 12:23 am
I think Kristen looks beautiful! Not very Bella like but beautiful none the less =)
I think Rob looks umm…. yeah. He looks like a werewolf to me. His hair looks weird, hes to pasty, hes not pale people, hes pasty in this picture… eww. And he looks like he’s somehow covered in dirt… ick. And its sad because hes a very very good looking guy usually.
Comment by Stuffy — July 12, 2008 @ 12:38 am
I agree with Stella.
This picture does not capture the essence of twilight.
Edward is over done.. he looks as if he really IS dead.. and i never imagined edwardwith a hairy chest. He’s meant to be smooth and muscular.. this picture just makes him pasty and yuck.
And Bella!!!
She looks so absent-minded! Bella has a very strong mind and personality.. this just makes her look like shes drugged or something! Like she has no idea what is going on!
And Bella wouldnt wear pretty dresses and all that make-up. Shes more simple but in a mildly pretty way. She’s too made up here.
I would recommend doing another picture if anyone wants to attract a larger fan base (not that it isnt large enough already).
Will someone PLEASE re-do this shot?
Comment by Lara — July 12, 2008 @ 12:52 am
PEOPLE!!! the picture on the cover is not supposed to represent “the real” Twilight! it’s supposed to be a takeoff of the Harlequinn romance novels, sort of an inside-joke satire thing…this is EW, known for quirky covers…they *have* read the book, they *know* it’s not just about sex, but they chose to play up the romance bit because it’s funny…relax and take a chill pill…that said, “Edward” does look damn silly, sort of like Donald Trump’s zombie
Comment by ary — July 12, 2008 @ 1:09 am
It makes Bella look like a seductress and Edward look like not just a zombie but a moron. The look on his face isn’t exactly endearing.
And one of Edward’s main characteristics: he’s sexy.
EW’s zombie-boy is not.
And I can’t get past this: chest hair is not made for him!
Comment by Bethany — July 12, 2008 @ 1:24 am
Aubrey knows the score.
Stop whining children, this is Hollywood. They gotta sell it to the masses. Photographer ain’t gonna read the whole freakin’ book just to please the fans. It IS overdone and photoshopped as hell but then again, it was bound to happen, the more a product gets pimped by the media, the more its essence is irredeemably lost. And hardcore fans gotta learn to cope with it, end of.
Comment by someone — July 12, 2008 @ 2:48 am
I think we all need to stop complaining about Rob’s make-up in this shoot. This is NOT the make-up that he’ll have for the actual movie; this is for EW’s magazine sales, and they can make him look as awful as they want. I don’t really think that EW was trying to make them look like Bella and Edward–I really don’t know WHO they were trying to make them look like. It’s a weird cover, but the pictures inside the magazine were pretty awesome, and the articles were, too. This is all just for sales, and if we Twilighters don’t like it, oh well. There’s nothing much we can do at this point. I think this cover is weird, but I love it because it is.
Comment by Laura — July 12, 2008 @ 12:00 pm
I am very disappointed in my fellow Twilighters. I mean do any of you stop to think about what you are saying, and how it might affect others especially the actors? Do you really think they want to come back and do another movie for us when you say such horrible things about them? Yall really shock me. I am sad to say but I am ashamed to be called a Twilighter right now, and that is horrible because I am in love with the series.
Last thing. I think the photo is great. I believe that the people who read the magazine will be intrigued to see the movie. I know I already got someone to think twice about going to see it.
Comment by Mary — July 12, 2008 @ 12:39 pm
Ok I didn’t read all the replies but I read some of the beginning one’s. I agree they totally made Rob look dirty and Bella looks more like a Vampire than he does but have you noticed that Rob looks like he is a country boy and that is so not Edward-like!
I like the publicity and that they tried but they should now it’s suicide to do something like this with the fandom. ;)
Comment by Katie Franco — July 12, 2008 @ 3:57 pm
This is horrific. Robert’s fingers have DIRT caked on them, which is disgusting. If that wasn’t enough, Kristen is nearly glowing with makeup, and, as far as I know, she IS NOT A VAMPIRE! The only reason that girls can relate to Bella is because she’s so average and normal. I mean, seriously. I couldn’ty even tell that that was Kirsten on the cover. This movie is goint to be so bad.
Comment by Emerson — July 13, 2008 @ 12:22 am
So, as I look at this picture the first person I notice is Robert. Poor Kristen because she looks absolutely beautiful in this picture and you’d think that she’d be the one to draw out all of the attention. I guess the reason for Robert being the one that pops out amongst the two is because how he looks. I’m not going to lie, Robert Pattison is amazingly gorgeous, yet this is by far not his best picture and I personally believe it’s because of all the eye make up. Take some of it off, he’d be looking like our Edward Cullen.
I read some of the replies and got some of “…Bella wouldn’t wear that…for Rob to be playing Edward, shouldn’t he have a nice stomach…his fingers have dirt… . ” I admit that Edward in the novel is supposed to have this amazingly wonderful body with hard rock abs, but in one of Rob’s interviews he claimed it wasn’t going to happen, and obviously it hasn’t so I guess we just have to get over it, nothing we can do. I think his body is fine the way it is.
Now overall, here’s my insight on this picture. I truthfully believe that the whole idea of this shoot was to show who these two characters really are deep down. Edward is a vampire, he has a monster inside of him that craves for blood all the time, so they showed the wild side of him, when he goes to hunt and feed from animals. I hope all the readers don’t think that he goes out hunting and comes back looking like a greek god. Which is a reason, I believe, they made the dirt in the fingernails and the open shirt look for Rob. And Kristen, acting as Bella, she may be a ‘ordinary’ girl, but deep down she is this extravagant woman who is truly beautiful and smart, and I think they tried to portray this as best as they could by making her dress up nicely and show the true beauty behind it all.
I love the picture, no doubt, and yes I agree I’m not as in a big ‘wow’ like I wish I was, but still it’s a good picture and anyone to get crazy over it not being what they wanted needs to catch a grip on themselves and get a life.
Comment by Melissa — July 13, 2008 @ 4:54 pm
this cover i suppose to be kristin and rob
not bella and edward that is why she looks too sexy
and he doesn’t have his honey eyes
and for the paleness idk..butit looks good
Comment by munkie — July 13, 2008 @ 7:44 pm
Is rob wearing lipstick?? Looks like it! Well aside form that, i think rob looks ok. If you look at kristen stewart, though, she looks NOTHING like Bella. I think this pic isnt supposed to represent bella and edward. Its Rob and Kristen, representing Twilight as a WHOLE. (Which explains the apple). Its like those TV show posters. You know, where the characters are all posing in outfits and makeup, that are very overdone, and that they’d probably never wear in the show? I dont think they are going to look like this in the movie. And besides, the ppl who coordinated the photo shoot, probably werent twilight experts. They probably followed traditional vampire styles. Thats why rob and kristen look so overdone.
Comment by Meg — July 15, 2008 @ 6:00 pm
Bella would never wear that! This makes me so angry! And Robert looks like he has DIRT on his hands. His makeup looks way too done up. And he also doesn’t have enough muscle to pull off the open-shirt look. I don’t even think he looks like Edward. I mean, it looks like he has on LIPSTICK.
Again, Kristen looks too…. Un-Bella like.
Comment by Booty — July 30, 2008 @ 2:21 pm
Why on earth did they make Bella better looking than Edward??!?!
That is NOT the way it’s supposed to be! If they were going to make Bella pretty, they should have made Edward absolutley stunning!…! They could have at least waxed his chest and plucked his eyebrows!!!! :(
Comment by Chi — August 4, 2008 @ 11:27 am
I totally agree with you Chi- it’s like Edward is the one who’s supposed to be the head turner. I could care less about who was cast as Bella (she looks really nice) but they really screwed up with Edward- Every time I think about the movie and Robert as Edward… it just makes me wanna gag… and he’s supposed to be beautiful and 17- not old and funky!!! Jeez the guy could have at least gone to the gym to buff up a little and tried to wax that chest! ugh… I’m just so disgusted with the whole situation…
sorry, but he should have stayed in harry potter- his role there suited him well.
Comment by Lola — August 15, 2008 @ 2:04 am
I am not a Twilight fan. I don’t know if the cover accurately portrays the books or not. All I know is this: it’s a HIDEOUS photograph. I thought it was a poor imitation done in Photoshop when I first saw it . . . it does even look like Robert’s all “lookit me!! my hed iz pastede on yey!”
Horrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
