Dork Tower is the thrice-weekly comic strip from John Kovalic, a cartoonist and illustrator for games and game supplements.
This year, Kovalic posted a Dungeons & Dragons-inspired New Year’s greeting that I thought was just so clever and adorable.
That’s a snippet of the greeting here above; you can view the entire image over at Dork Tower.
Dork Tower regularly tackles the subjects of Star Trek, Halo, Lord Of The Rings, Dungeons & Dragons, and tons of other geeky fare through the characters Matt, Igor, Ken, Carson the Muskrat (an actual Muskrat), and Gilly, the Perky Goth. According to Kovalic, these characters are “trapped in a world they never made”¦ but are nevertheless striving to create a realistic yet playable simulation thereof!”
If you’re reading Geeks of Doom, then you’ll definitely be able to relate to and appreciate Dork Tower, some of which is online to read for free, but you can read more AND show your appreciation for the creator’s work by purchasing the single-issue and collected comic books.
