With his return back to the film world set to truly commence with what appears to be a far loftier role in the upcoming The Expendables 2, it appears as though he, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and his co-star and fellow action icon Sylvester Stallone are looking to team up for even more projects.
Deadline is reporting (and subsequently confirming an earlier AICN rumor) that the pair are in talks to team up for the upcoming movie The Tomb for director Mikael Hafstrom. The film follows a security expert who is framed for a crime and ultimately put away in a prison which he was the one to design its set up.
Personally, I couldn’t actually care less about this project. The film sounds interesting enough, but I haven’t found either Stallone or Schwarzenegger’s most recent output to be all that interesting, save for something of a bright spot in Stallone’s most recent Rocky picture. The premise is indeed interesting enough, so hopefully these two can bring their A-game. Not holding my breath, however.

Sounds like “Prison Break” on Fox.
