Paramount Pictures has released a teaser trailer for A Quiet Place, an upcoming horror starring Emily Blunt (Edge of Tomorrow, Sicario) and John Krasinski (The Office, 13 Hours).
The movie follows a family living in a secluded area in total silence to avoid drawing the attention of a mysterious entity which thrives on sound. Click on over to the other side now to check it out.
Apart from the brief description above, not a whole lot is known about the movie at the moment. And that makes sense when you watch the teaser trailer. It’s not the kind of movie you want to share too much about.
Again, it’s also a Paramount production, so it’s impossible not to wonder if something fairly mysterious like this has any ties to the Cloverfield universe. Time will tell. The only thing I know to be absolutely true, is that my ass would be dead before breakfast on day one.
Also starring is Millicent Simmonds, who starred in the recent Amazon release Wonderstruck, and Noah Jupe, who starred in recent releases Wonder and Suburbicon.
Krasinski didn’t just star in the movie, but also directed it and co-wrote the screenplay along with Scott Beck and Bryan Woods.
A Quiet Place is set to open on April 6, 2018.
