Here’s what you need to know, fans of The Hunger Games: A first look at the upcoming film will be shown during the MTV Video Music Awards, airing this Sunday night.

Therefore, either sit through this awful awards show and be on the lookout for the debut, or wait it out for a few hours after the show ends to watch the footage online.

In the meantime, you can catch the tiniest of glimpses of star Jennifer Lawrence in the film in the videos below, released by MTV. One video is basically a commercial, while the other is a promo. Put them together and you’ll have about 2 seconds’ worth of footage from The Hunger Games.

The MTV VMA’s will air live at 9pm ET and Lawrence will be there to present the first footage.
