The Walking Dead snapshot #6: More heartbreak as the group’s “conscious,” Dale, is attacked by a walker unintentionally freed by Carl (thanks, kid). Mortally wounded and in agony, Dale’s suffering is ended by Daryl who takes aim (with Dale leaning into the gun’s barrel, to make the moment even worse) and utters a simple apology: “Sorry, brother.” ~ “Judge, Jury, and Executioner” (first aired March 4, 2012)
