Air Date: November 6, 2016 Warning – SPOILERS for AMC’s The Walking Dead… While the Season 7 premiere of AMC’s The Walking Dead focused on Rick and his group’s run-in with Negan, who killed off two beloved characters, Episode 7.2 kept it solely with Carol and Morgan, who were guests of King Ezekiel at his “Kingdom,” another seemingly idyllic community. But, we learned that Ezekiel, like everyone else in the vicinity, is beholden to Negan. Episode 7.3 “The Cell” centers on Daryl, who was taken captive by Negan at the end of Episode 7.1. Negan liked that Daryl was strong and defiant, but it was clear that this big baddie planned to break his new captive. This week, we see what Negan has done with Daryl.

Air date: Sunday, February 21, 2016, 9pm Warning – SPOILERS for The Walking Dead Season 6… Last week saw a lot of loss, with the Walker attack that killed young Sam and his mom Jessie, the latter of whom seemed to be a nice love interest for Rick. Then there was Carl’s grave injury — shot in the eye by his teen nemesis Ron, who was cut down by Michonne — and it seemed like he wouldn’t pull through. Lastly, there was the death of the Wolf guy, who seemed to actually make a surprising change when he risked his life to save Denise. But in light of all this loss came a uniting of all the residents of the Alexandria Safe Zone, who bravely faced the invading Walkers and beat them to finally come together as one people, a group under the leadership of Rick, who now sees clearly the good the future holds for his son and his people. Unfortunately, this future includes some unforeseen elements, namely the coming of the villainous Negan, who, no, still hasn’t physically shown up yet. But, a new character did on Episode 6.10 “The Next World” “” Paul, aka Jesus, who is a character from the comics. In his debut episode, Jesus proves that he’s a formidable character, but there’s obviously more to him than meets the eye after we see him toying with Rick and Daryl. But more on that later, because oh man did something outstanding happen in this episode!!!!

But, in the zombie apocalypse, there’s no time to grieve. Throw on some Nine Inch Nails and have a little cry, but then it’s back to business. And the business of the day is what exactly happened out there on that supply run that ended so disastrously? It’s up to Deanna (Tovah Feldshuh) to decide. So far, the leader of the Safe Zone has come across as an intelligent, fair, and intuitive person who seems to see through all the lies and deceit. She’s exactly who you’d want to be the final word in the community. But, is she too good to be true? If so, will she last? Let’s hope.
