Starring Stark Sands, Meagan Good, Wilmer Valderrama, Nick Zano, Daniel London, Laura Regan, Zhane Hall, Li Jun Li
FOX
Air Date: Monday, October 19th, 2015, 9pm Last week, Dash (Stark Sands) gained a lot of personality, as he connected with suspected victim, later suspect Fredi (Sheila Vand). He had to talk her down at the end from getting revenge on the preppy jerk who killed her sister. Detective Lara Vega (Meagan Good) is having trouble keeping her working relationship with a precog a secret. Already her partner Akeela (Li Jun Li) knows. Lt. Blake (Wilmer Valderrama) is close to figuring things out. And of course, Dash’s precog siblings are none too thrilled of his involvement in police work. Agatha (Laura Regan) has her own secrets. She was able to obtain stolen files to a new “milkbath” in development. She’s way too nervous and confident at the same time… much more than meets the eye there. Tonight’s Minority Report episode premiered at NYCC last weekend and it’s a doozy. We’ve learned that Vega wanted to follow in father’s footsteps. Now as the episode opens, we watch her father walking his beat, 8-months before pre-crime when he’s gunned down in the rain”¦ and in the background, a certain eyeless man, fans of the film might remember! Spoilers below.

Air Date: Monday, October 12th, 2015, 9pm It’s been a weird week for the folks at Minority Report. At NYCC they held a panel with the entire cast and previewed a rough cut of their October 19th episode (review to come). Unfortunately, the panel came on the heels of news that FOX had cut the final three episodes of their debut season, a bad omen for any new show. A huge fan of the first few episodes, I’ll enjoy what I can get. Last week Hawk-Eye, the predictive policing program was put into place and its newest civilian analyst is Dash (Stark Sands), who is using the position the help Detective Lara Vega (Meagan Good) solve murders before the happen. Faced with the possibility of being discovered, Dash is warned by his pre-cog siblings Agatha (Laura Regan) and Arthur (Nick Zano) that Vega might be not be so trustworthy. Visions of milkbaths, dancing in their heads.

Air Date: Monday, October 5th, 2015, 9pm Hawk-Eye was mentioned by the Mayor in episode 1 of FOX’s new sci-fi thriller Minority Report. Hawk-Eye is the “predictive policing” program that will finally replace pre-crime. Dash (Stark Sands) is one of pre-crime’s pre-cognitive siblings, years removed from police enslavement, he is free and… working to help the police solve murders before they happen. Then again, I would too if my partner were Det. Lara Vega, the magnificent and beautiful Meagan Good. Together with the help of his former caretaker Wally (Daniel London), and the reluctant assistance of his twin seer brother Arthur (Nick Zano) they have prevented two murderous crimes already. Of course this draws attention; the type that could get them both busted… by her boss, Lt. Blake (Wilmer Valderrama), and his psychic sister Agatha (Laura Regan). Agatha has good reason to be skeptical, she sees a future where her, Dash and Arthur are back in the milk bath.

FOX
Air Date: Monday, September 28th, 2015, 9pm In last week’s series premiere of Minority Report, we are reintroduced to the world of precrime and precogs. Based on the Philip K. Dick story and the 2002 Steven Spielberg film, Minority Report tells of the near future where murders are prevented before they take place, thanks to the visions of three precognitive children contained by the government. The film ended with a conspiracy discovered, that led to the freeing of the precogs and ending of precrime. Now 10 years later, Dash (Stark Sands) is an adult precog who struggles seeing bits and pieces of murders, but missing the crucial info his siblings provided. In episode one, he forms an unlikely alliance with Detective Lara Vega (Meagan Good) and the two are able to prevent a terrorist attack on the Mayor and his family. Their alliance is highly illegal, and requires both to make uncomfortable compromises. Vega must conceal how she actually solved the crime, while Dash is forced to ask his estranged twin Arthur (Nick Zano) for help. Beware! Spoilers ahead!
