Is there anyway for anybody outside of the USA to view the restricted content? It requires a zipcode and checks government databases.

I’ve sent an inquiry regarding this to New Line. When they respond, I’ll let you know what they have to say.
**UPDATE**
My contact at New Line Cinema sends apologies, as unfortunately due to MPAA regulation their one and only means of age verification has to be a U.S. driver’s license number. So the Red Band trailer on the official website is sadly U.S. only.
