2. 13 Going on 30 (2004)

I’m not going to lie: this movie is super-cute. You know what would make it even cuter? A little zombie action!
Jenna is 13 years old and has just been embarrassingly rejected in the game, “Seven Minutes in Heaven.” As she hides in her closet and sobs, she wishes to herself that she can just skip adolescence altogether. Lucky for her, there is some magic wishing dust right by her side that grants her desires! The next thing Jenna knows, she wakes up as a beautiful 30-year-old with a 13-year-old mind (played by Jennifer Garner)! Unfortunately, she realizes that she dissed her nerdy best friend Matt (Mark Ruffalo) as a teen in order to be popular. Now a successful magazine editor, she seeks him out to hire him as a photographer for a project she is working on. Even though he is engaged, sparks begin to fly between the two, and Jenna invites Matt to a work party.
Like any good rom-com, a choreographed dance scene ensues. When the DJ starts spinning Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” Jenna and Matt begin to groove. One by one, partygoers join in, but what our friends quickly realize is that the whole crowd is, in fact, a hoard of the undead! Now, Jenna must not only rekindle her friendship with Matt, but she must make sure the two get out alive!
