Harry Potter Themed Butterbeer Ice Cream Sandwiches

August 2 was National Ice Cream Sandwich Day and while I might be a few days late with this one, I thought it was worth a mention, because really, who doesn’t love ice cream sandwiches?

The Butterbeer sold at The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter is a sweet-tasting non-alcoholic version created from a “secret recipe” approved by Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling. The taste is said to be like shortbread and butterscotch, and the drink, which is sold at four locations within Wizarding World, is served cold or frozen.
