
Abigail Breslin has quite an extensive career at such a young age. She first burst onto the scene in M. Night Shyamalan’s Signs in 2002 and eventually starred in Little Miss Sunshine, which scored her an Oscar nomination, and has since taken her talents to a wide variety of projects like Zombieland, The Call, and the upcoming Ender’s Game and August: Osage County. Now she is ready to revisit the zombie genre, but it’s not quite for Zombieland 2, and it won’t be anything like the zombie films we have seen in the past.
The young actress has signed on for Maggie, as Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s (who’s also producing) daughter. But what sets this film apart from the rest of the zombie films out there is that it takes a look at the emotional toll of turning into a zombie and how it affects those who know the victim.
