The Google Stadia gaming platform was announced back in March. The platform, which Google says is “The Future of Gaming,” is basically a streaming service in which you play through a Chromecast instead of a console.

Now Google has revealed some pricing details for the service. They held a Stadia Connect livestream event earlier today, in which they showcased a few games coming to the platform as well as some of the price points people were wondering about when it was first announced. Between PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo, it’s already incredibly difficult—and quite expensive—for video game fans to keep up with all of the things they want to play. But that doesn’t stop companies from occasionally attempting to introduce a new gaming option, which oftentimes fails to survive for very long.

Now another new gaming option has been announced. But this particular unveiling is a little bit different. It comes from a very big name: Google. They’ve announced a gaming platform called Stadia, and they’re claiming it will be “The Future of Gaming.”
