Joseph Gordon-Levitt in The Dark Knight Rises

There is always one weak film in a trilogy, and for Christopher Nolan‘s Dark Knight trilogy that film was The Dark Knight Rises. Of course, no film is perfect, and while it was ambitious and had great action, it was bloated and clunky.

Still, if the trilogy had to end one way, no one could really have done it any better than what Nolan had to offer. And it seems that Joseph Gordon-Levitt believes that it was the perfect ending. More on the story below.

The Dark Knight Rises is one of those movies that when it came out, felt epic. The performances, the music, Bane shattering Batman’s back… it was so good, you kinda ignored the gaping plot holes. Then you watched it again and, OH, there they are. These plot holes come up big in Machinima‘s Real Fake History, detailing the battle of Gotham City from Christopher Nolan’s concluding part to his Batman trilogy.

The deal of the day over at RIPT Apparel today is a mash-up of Abed from Community and Batman from The Dark Knight Rises called “Abed Rises” by Six Eyed Monster.
