What Would The Oceanic 815 Crash From ‘Lost’ Look Like On ’24’?

Oceanic Flight 815

If you’re a fan of ABC’s Lost, then you know that the show likes to jump from one point to the next to the next, then back to a previous point to make sense of the first point, and then maybe to another decade and beyond. That’s just how they do things, and to many (including myself), it’s one of the greatest TV shows ever created.

When the show’s sixth and final season begins on Tuesday, February 2, we can expect a whole lot of the same jumping around. All we can hope for is that when it’s all said and done, we have some solid beginning, middle, end, and some answers to the bigger questions. But think for just a moment about if they did the show a little differently…like maybe in the style of another popular TV show like 24. What would Lost look like in real time? Well, allow us to show you!

SciFi Wire caught wind of a little video from YouTube user pyram1dhead in which multiple scenes from the duration of the show so far are removed and re-edited into a 10+ minute real time look at Oceanic 815’s fateful crash on the mysterious island. You’ll see the few minutes building up to it, what they were doing on the plane, what the Others were up to, and also the tense moments that Desmond was involved in.

The video is very cool to watch if you’re a fan and if you’re all caught up. If you’ve not seen Lost, I wouldn’t recommend watching this. It would probably take some of the fun out of the show, which you should start watching immediately.
