Doom Digest

Every day here at Doom HQ we receive tons of tips from our readers about really cool stuff from the world of geek, as well as promotional materials for new films, comic books, collectibles, and much more. While we do our best to bring you as much of it as possible, we don’t always have enough geek manpower available to cover it all on a daily basis. But we hate the idea of all of this really cool stuff wasting away in our inbox. How could we NOT cover it? Hence why we’ve resurrected our long-defunct column Bits Of Doom, now rebranded and revamped as Doom Digest, a collection of easily digestible bits of news, videos, photos, and other goodies.

Today: Game Of Throne tattoo, rockin’ Duck Tales theme song, space shuttle Enterprise, video of Robert Downey, Jr. and Nathan Fillion, and a KISS Rock and Roll Over mobile, plus some Bits Of Doom.

Game Of Thrones Tattoo

Earlier this month, some lucky Snows and Pykes got the chance to get some free Game Of Thrones-themed tattoos. One of the 50 people wrote her experience. Head over to What Is Wendy Watching? to read her story and check out her photos from the day.

Duck Tales Theme Song… ROCKS!

Remember the metal remix of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song? The Human Tim is back with one for Duck Tales.

Space Shuttle Enterprise

Space shuttle Enterprise will make its way to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City. Visit Space.com for more photos of the shuttle piggy-backing on a jet plane, along with video.

‘Nuff said.

KISS Mobile

In honor of Record Store Day this past Saturday, I shared a photo on Facebook of this mobile I made when I was a teenager out of two copies of the KISS album Rock And Roll Over. Much to people’s horror, I did indeed cut up two album covers. BUT, in my defense, at the time, I owned 6 vinyl copies of Rock And Roll Over and two of them were scratched and broken and would no longer play. Therefore, I decided to create something out of the covers.
