Thanks to the 30th anniversary of Star Wars celebrated on May 25, there’s tons of related news and features. Here’s the round-up:

• Star Wars: The Legacy Revealed on History Channel — The world premiere of this two-hour special debuts on The History Channel on Monday, May 28 at 9pm ET/PT.
• Speaking of Slave Leia — A video of a few dozen ladies dressed in Slave Leia garb surrounding one Jabba the Hutt.
• Frappr Map of R2-D2 Mailboxes — Compilation of the R2-D2 wrapped mailbox locations, along with photos. Photo here at right is the mailbox I found at 25 Broadway in New York City.
• ‘Family Guy’ meets ‘Star Wars’ — Fox’s animated series will kick off its fifth season this September with an hour-long episode that retells the SW saga using ‘Family Guy’ characters.
• Now THAT’s a Star Wars Cake — And it certainly is! Check out this amazing looking cake created to look like Max Rebo.
• 30 pieces of trivia about Star Wars — Trivia bits like the full title Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope first appeared when the film was re-released in 1981.
• Star Wars Celebration IV — The annual event is underway in Los Angeles through May 28. Tons — and I mean — tons of things happening there.
• Top 10 Uncharted Places in Star Wars Comics — Ideas for the SW comic books taken from the Expanded Universe.

• Clone Wars Series — Trailer gives a sneak peak of the upcoming CG-animated television series. (See at right the limited edition poster created just for SW Celebration).
• Slave Leia: Zombie — The SL action figure gets zombified.
• LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga — Upcoming next-gen console game includes events from all six movies. Check out the trailer.
