They’re at it again, my peeps! Our favorite Xenomorphs are bringin’ it strong to our favorite interstellar Ted Nugents, the motley Predator gang. In the upcoming sequel to 2004’s Alien vs. Predator, this time around instead of battling it out in the cold safety of the neverlands of Antarctic, umm… pyramids, they’re takin’ it to the streets of white-bread middle America.

Clearly they want the fanboys to know that they’re going old-school with the blood-and-guts and this one. Too bad they didn’t take this approach with the first AVP.

Indeed. The action and gore in the 90 second or so of this trailer looks better than the whole of first movie to me. It’s been a while since a sequel has gotten me this excited about a lackluster franchise, but I think they may have gotten it right this time.
Though I still wonder why they didn’t stick with the original title,
