New Pics of Ray Park as Snake Eyes in ‘G.I. Joe’

Snake EyesSet for an August 2009 release, G.I. Joe is currently in production in Prague, and Just Jared has brought us some interesting photos from the set of Ray Park in his role as Snake Eyes.

The majority of you should know (and shame on you if you don’t) Ray Park from his numerous roles in geek-favored movies. He was Darth Maul in Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, he played the villainous Toad in the first X-Men movie, and he’s been announced as the lead in Iron Fist.

But until Iron Fist makes it out, there has been very little dialogue out of the British actor. Darth Maul and Toad both had only a handful of lines between them, and now Park has acquired the role of the mute Snake Eyes in G.I. Joe.

However, as a trained stuntman and martial artist, there isn’t a better man for the job in Hollywood.

Make sure you head along to Just Jared for a whole heap of images from the set, including ones of Rachel Nichols and Marlon Wayans.
