For only $5.00, you get all 24 tracks from the album in MP3 format which you can download to your computer in seconds. You can also purchase the album as a gift for someone else; just select “Give album OR song as a gift” on the top right side of the product page.
Note, this deal is only good throughout January 2011.
The Alice In WonderlandBlu-ray Edition of the film has a great exclusive behind-the-scenes featurette about the scoring the film, which focuses on Elfman and his thought process in composing the music.
I’ve always been a big fan of Danny Elfman’s scores, especially those he did for Tim Burton movies like The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, and Corpse Bride. Elfman knows how to complement Burton’s whimsy and his scores for the director never disappoint.
Check out some of the other soundtracks on sale for only $5.00 this month, like Twilight, The Little Mermaid, The Phantom of the Opera, and many more, at Amazon’s Soundtrack Deals page.

Awesome. Love Elfman, even though I must admit that some of his film scores tend to ‘sound like Elfman’ a little too much.
