2012’s Year of the Dragon Chinese New Year begins today and runs for 15 days of celebrations in China and in Asian cultures around the world. Part of the celebration includes giving out red envelopes (or ‘ang pow’) filled with money to loved ones.

In conjunction with the holiday, Star Cineplex Sibu is giving out Avengers-themed red envelopes to moviegoers in Asia during the first six days of the Chinese New Year celebration, according to Borneo Post (via Coming Soon).

The red envelopes feature the Avengers film cast together, as well individual images of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), and the Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).
