The MP3 album deal of the day over at Amazon today is Romantic Classical Music for Valentine’s Day for only $.99.
For only a dollar, you’ll get 49 classical songs — some of which are movements nearly 20 minutes in length — by many different artists and orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra performing the opening aria of Handel’s “Xerxes, HWV 40 (“Ombra mai fu”).” There’s music from Carmen, Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, and much more. While the songs are perfect for Valentine’s Day, they can be enjoyed all year round, so for $.99, Romantic Classical Music for Valentine’s Day is an amazing deal.
While this is the deal of the “day,” since it’s an MP3 album, chances are the deal will be valid at least through tomorrow (Monday), but I’m not sure if it will be extended to Tuesday for Valentine’s Day, so grab this now while you can at the discounted price. (If you had to buy the songs individually for $.99 EACH, it would run you $48.51).
Note – when you purchase MP3s through Amazon, it stores your purchases to Amazon’s Cloud Drive; from there you can stream the music right from their online player. Also, if you have a Kindle Fire, your MP3 purchases will automatically be available for you to stream on your device. All your purchases are backed up and available for you to download at any time. You can download the files to your computer to load to an MP3 device and to your iTunes account if you have one. If you’d like to gift these MP3 purchases, you can – just click the “Give album or song as gift” button on the right on the product page. From there you enter the recipient’s email address and then select either specific songs to gift or the entire album.
