Earlier this week, our own Mr. Babyman heaped a lot of praise on the ELO compilation Playlist: The Very Best Of Electric Light Orchestra, which is on sale in MP3 format for only $5 through the end of the month. Now, Amazon is offering up another Electric Light Orchestra collection, All Over The World: The Very Best Of ELO, for only $3.99 through this weekend.
A lot of the songs are duplicated on both albums, but today’s deal has 20 tracks, including some of the selections from the Xanadu soundtrack (which I’ve been obsessed with since childhood, and therefore highly recommend, yes, seriously). Perhaps you think you don’t know ELO, but once you hear this stuff, you’ll recognize it: “Evil Woman,” “Don’t Bring Me Down,” “Turn To Stone,” “Strange Magic” – you know it.
Browse all 1,000 albums on sale this month for only $5 each, as well as several albums on sale this week for only $2.99 each.
