Quentin Tarantino is notorious for slipping in more than a few pop culture references in his film, some of which may not register to the average person due to the age of it.
But if you are very knowledgeable in the pop culture world, then you may not have missed any of them. But if you aren’t, then College Humor has created a video that compiles all – or at least almost all since there is no Django Unchained – of the pop culture references made in all of Tarantino’s other films. And just in case you didn’t get the reference, CH made a video that makes a nod to pop culture in chronological order.
Check it out below.
There is one thing that should be pointed out about this video. The Playlist hints at the fact that Tarantino’s uncredited written dialogue scene from Crimson Tide didn’t make the final cut. Despite that, you can enjoy every pop culture reference made in Tarantino’s films in six minutes, and you have a handy chronological gauge to refer too if you don’t get the pop culture reference.
