The newest adaptation of Stephen King’s Carrie, a film about a girl with telekinetic powers who gets bullied and begins to use her powers against a lot of people, just hit theaters last week. The movie had some really great marketing schemes including the viral coffee shop prank that was covered on the site a few weeks ago.
With Carrie‘s recent release, I thought it would be appropriate to compile a list of five telekinetic fictional characters that Carrie would not want to mess with and who make the power Carrie wields seem like child’s pay.
Check out the list below of the Top 5 Telekinetics Stronger Than Carrie.
5. Cell (Dragon Ball Z):
Dragon Ball Z is known for its simple format: the good guys train; the good guys fight; the good guys lose; one good guy trains some more; that good guy fights again and wins; repeat cycle. One of the ultra-powerful beings that’s so easily able to defeat these angry-faced heroes of Earth is Cell, with one of his super-enhanced abilities: telekinesis. He can lift up mountains with the rise of a finger, launching them at his opponents. I don’t know about you, but if someone was throwing a mountain at me, I wouldn’t be surprised if I lost the fight.
Akira is SSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO overrated.
