Pranks are amazing. So long as you’re not the one who’s being pranked, of course. It’s becoming more and more popular these days to set up pranks as a unique and entertaining form of viral marketing…usually for one of the new horror flicks coming out, such as Carrie or The Last Exorcism and so on.
One recent prank pulled off was for the movie Curse of Chucky (read our review here), the direct-to-video sixth installment in the Child’s Play franchise featuring a killer doll. The prank involves hiding someone dressed as Chucky behind a poster for the movie at a bus stop, and then having them break through and chase terrified strangers down the street with a knife.

Random thought: it’s amazing that pranks like this are pulled off so often without someone getting punched or kicked or shot.
Enjoy!
