George Takei and Felicia Day Play Mario Party 4

As it turns out, Star Trek legend George Takei has never played a video game in his entire 76 years of life on this planet of ours. Not until now, that is.

Takei was a guest on Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog star Felicia Day‘s YouTube series “Co-Optitude,” where she usually plays retro games with her brother. Day was first a guest on Takei’s YouTube show “Takei’s Take” where they talked gaming, which led to the discovery that he’s never played a game before and his joining her for some Mario Party 4 action on GameCube.

You can check out the video of George Takei’s first gaming experience below.

My favorite part is when the game gets a little intense, and Takei leans and moves the controller to will his character to success. We’ve all done it, people. Stop fooling yourselves.
