Warner Bros. and Legendary are in full promotional juggernaut mode at this point for their new Godzilla movie as the King of the Monsters barrels toward its May opening. We’re just over a month out from the highly anticipated release and over the weekend a new extended trailer for Godzilla was released, along with two shorter previews which focuses primarily on non-kaiju supporting cast member Bryan Cranston, who provides much of the trailer’s dialogue.
Check out the trailers and clips below and sound off with your thoughts.
In addition to Cranston, the trailer also includes quick looks at the major geographic settings that will be crushed by the behemoth including Oahu, Las Vegas and San Francisco, and showcases some of the incidental destruction each will receive by Godzilla’s approach. Cranston’s dialogue is overlaid most of the footage.
Of course we also get a few quick shots of Godzilla as well, including back spikes, tail, and of course its infamous roar, as well as a few close-ups of the kaiju Godzilla will face during the movie.
Godzilla obliterates the United States May 16th, 2014.
