Though it came as a shock when it was announced that BioShock and BioShock Infinite developer Irrational Games was closing, it was made clear right away that there would still be new games in the series coming eventually. When that might be was, and remains, unknown.
But while we still don’t know what the next BioShock game will be or when it will be arriving, 2K Games has begun teasing something in the form of an image shared via the Twitter. Whether it’s for a brand new entry in the main series, a smaller title on different platforms, a remastered re-release of one of the previous games on next-gen systems, or just a cruel tease? That’s all up in the air.
You can check out the image below and share your thoughts on what it might mean below.
The tease came from 2K’s international Twitter account, accompanied by “Oooo, what COULD this mean?!”
For those wondering, Eve’s Garden is an adult entertainment venue in the Fort Frolic section of Andrew Ryan’s underwater city of Rapture.
