‘Futurama’ Cosplay: Awesome (and Slightly Creepy) Real-Life Professor Farnsworth

Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth from Futurama is not exactly the most popular character for all of those cosplayers out there to attend conventions as. But of all of those who have dressed up as the (sometimes a bit nutty) professor, this is likely the best you’ll find…with a little help from a talented makeup artist, that is.
Frank Ippolito is a makeup and effects artist best known as a contestant on the first and fifth seasons of Syfy’s reality competition Face Off, and he’s also worked on movies like Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and The Chronicles of Riddick. He’s also a Futurama fan.
Ippolito joined up with the folks over at Tested to make the ultimate real-life version of Professor Farnsworth, and you can see what he came up with in the video below.
This isn’t the first time Ippolito has worked with Tested on a Futurama project. They also teamed up for a great Zoidberg costume earlier this year, which you can see right here.
