Oracle and Hero climb the same stairs, separately, and end up on a raft, which in turn ends up on Gaia’s lap. It’s clear to Oracle that Hero killed Daedalus, but offered the chance to save herself by damning Hero, Oracle chooses to save a mortal man instead of allegiance to Gaia…and that means they’re both ready. Hero is sent into a skyfall dream vortex something-or-other that lets him know the two of them can both know eternal peace…if he kills Zeus.
