When I saw yesterday’s Honest Trailer post, a sense of giddiness and joy shot down my back. After all this is f*cking Deadpool, the single most fun movie of the year, and possible ever. If you’re a Screen Junkies fan and follow the Honest Trailer series, you had to know this would be a good one. So grab your chimi-f*cking-changas and it’s time for the Honest Trailer of Captain Deadpool… no, no, no… just Deadpool.

Narrator Jon Bailey is taking no sh*t here, and the curses come out faster and furiouser than in the movie. Finally able to destroy the horrid memories of whatever the f*ck Ryan Reynolds was doing in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds returns in the “accidental hit” that made more money than basically all the other superhero movies including Guardians of the Galaxy, every X-Men movie, and Batman v Superman! And then the best part… motherf*cking Deadpool hijacks his own Honest Trailer! “That’s so meta.”

There are so many great one-liners here, so here are the greatest hits:

“When cancer sends Wade Wilson into Weapon X’s non-union equivalent…”

“More d*ck jokes than you can shake a sack full of d*cks at…”

“What feels like a longer more expensive episode of Family Guy…” – Bailey
“Wait, wait wait wait, which season of Family Guy are we talking about?” – Deadpool

Watching this in the car may cause accidents… Especially when Deadpool rages into an epic expletive-filled rant after Bailey makes one criticism about the plot being a generic love story meets generic revenge plot. Starring… (which the movie actually steals for the opening credits montage)… Freak in the Streets But a Freak in the Sheets, Yakov Strongoff, Teenage Mutant Nega Sonic (sang the turtles theme way, and read by Deadpool himself), Van Even Wilder… new title: Ferris Bueller Jerks Off. Deadpool tells Bailey not to call him for the Deadpool 2 Honest Trailer, but rather Hugh Jackman who he has in his phone under Jean Valjean! OMG, spit-take!

This was the only suitable Honest Trailer a film like Deadpool could possibly get. It was laugh out loud funny and NOT bullsh*t LOL type worthy funny. Deadpool comes out on Blu-ray/DVD this week”¦ or as Deadpool himself calls them, “f*cking drink coasters.” Screen Junkies have over 5.4 million subscribers on YouTube and release a new Honest Trailer every Tuesday.
