One of my favorite discoveries from last October’s horror movie binge session was 2014’s Last Shift from director Anthony DiBlasi. It’s basically a haunted house movie set in an old police station, and is an effectively creepy little flick.
The latest effort from DiBlasi is titled Extremity, and it follows a woman looking to push her fears to the limits through an extreme haunt. It stars Dana Christina, Chad Rook, Ashley Smith, J. LaRose, Dylan Sloane, Paul Braaten, Chantal Perron, and Natalie Victoria, and is written by Rebecca Swan.
If you haven’t been already following the movie, you won’t have to wait long to see it. It’s set to be released in limited theaters and on Blu-ray soon. Very soon, actually. You can find more info and check out a trailer for Extremity below.
Here’s a brief synopsis from Dread Central Presents, followed by some special features the Blu-ray will include:
“A young woman obsessed with horror subjects herself to hours of grueling torment inside an extreme haunt in an attempt to confront her fears and conquer the tragic past that haunts her.”
Directed by DiBlasi, Extremity stars Dana Christina, Chad Rook, Ashley Smith, and J. LaRose. It was written by Rebecca Swan.
