Recently we were presented with a slew of new details about Rockstar Games’ upcoming Grand Theft Auto V, including that there would be three main playable characters, you’d be able to do stuff like deep sea diving, base jumping, and 18 holes of golf, and that the open-world game would be larger than Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Red Dead Redemption.

Now comes a brand new trailer for the game, which focuses on the three primary protagonists, while also showing off much more than the first trailer we saw way back when.

A pile of new details on the game, which we recently were informed will arrive in the spring, have been revealed after a special demonstration of the game recently. Rockstar Games has announced a release window for their highly anticipated fifth installment in the Grand Theft Auto series, Grand Theft Auto V.

While we don’t have an official release date yet, Rockstar has announced that you will be able to get your hands on the game come spring of 2013. The news comes as no surprise as Rockstar has a fondness for releasing their primary current-generation games in the spring. This includes games they both developed and published like Grand Theft Auto IV, Red Dead Redemption, and Max Payne 3, as well as L.A. Noire, which they only published.

Countless mods have been made over the years, but only a few truly stand out to those of us who don’t use them. Today we share with you a few such mods worth seeing in action. YouTube user wapeddell has been sharing his mods for a while now, including his work bringing other video game characters into the world of Grand Theft Auto IV.

His work is so good that it looks like these characters were developed into the game from the start, plucked from their own worlds and dropped onto the harsh streets of Liberty City.

Click on over to the other side to see a few examples, including Ezio Auditore from the Assassin’s Creed series driving around in a DeLorean from Back to the Future, the Ninja Turtles terrorizing the city, and Commander Shepard from Mass Effect wreaking a little havoc before heading off to the gentleman’s club.
