With the release of the Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles this week, the Screen Junkies crew have decided to take on the original Turtles movie’s 1991 sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze for their Honest Trailers series.

While many who grew up loving the older Turtles movies will always always have a special place in their hearts for them, there’s no denying how hilariously silly this sequel was…something you’ll be reminded of watching this video.

Check it out below.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 9/11 Release

Paramount Pictures Australia uploaded to their Twitter account a poster promoting the Australian release of their upcoming film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but quickly pulled if after it received a wave of backlash from people thinking it inappropriate.

And what was so inappropriate about it? The poster shows the Turtles jumping off an exploding building, free-falling towards the viewer — beneath the movie title is the release date: September 11.

You can check out the poster here below.

IDW Publishing
Release Date: June 18, 2014

TMNT: Turtles in Time #1 starts with action and doesn’t stop until the very last page. Then, it starts again. This book was NOT what I was expecting at all, but sometimes, that’s a good thing.

Writer Paul Allor brings us into the middle of the story that hasn’t even been told yet!!! How awesome is that? And don’t worry, later in the year the rest of THAT story is coming, but for right now, all you need is this issue. Allor pens a fantastic “fish out of water” story, with the Turtles being thrust into a strange world (we’re not sure if it’s even EARTH!), and dumps the Turtles right into the thick of a fight between the Utroms and some really nasty dinosaurs.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder

A new image has been released from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the latest cinematic take on the popular franchise from director Jonathan Liebesman and producer Michael Bay.

The new look of the turtles hasn’t gone over so well, so it may be up to other familiar characters to win people over. This newest image features a showdown between the villain Shredder (William Fichtner), and the turtles’ mentor and father figure Splinter (Danny Woodburn). You can only see the back of Splinter in the image, but you get the best look at the new Shredder we’ve had yet.

Click on over to the other side to see how he looks and share your thoughts.

We’ve seen peeks at the ninja turtles in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but only Michelangelo and Leonardo had been shown closer up.

A new trailer for the movie, which is directed by Jonathan Liebesman and produced by Michael Bay, has been released, and while most of it is footage that we’ve seen, there are some new peeks, including a closer look at my personal favorite growing up, Donatello.

The first trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles gave us our first peek at the turtles and Shredder, but not the turtles’ wise old leader, Master Splinter.

In this new TV spot that premiered during the MTV Movie Awards, however, we get our first peek at the humanoid rat. It’s not much, but it is enough to get a good idea what to expect.

The spot is called “Brothers,” and you can check it out below.

Michael Bay: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Leonardo

Four new posters have been released for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the upcoming reboot from director Jonathan Liebesman and producer Michael Bay.

The posters focus on each of the four turtles, and more specifically on their familiar weapons and colors. Unlike the new and not-so-improved heads of the turtles fans were a bit outraged over in the first trailer, these posters show off an appreciated familiarity.

You can check out the four new Ninja Turtles posters below.
