| Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary Film Festival Coming To IMAX Theaters
This year marks the 10-year anniversary of Marvel Studios, which began with 2008’s Iron Man and has since become one of the premiere movie studios, building on its brand of superheroes. And now to commemorate all of that, Marvel Studios will release all 20 of their films in IMAX theaters. This Marvel Studios 10th Anniversary Film Festival will be only for a limited run, with the films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe presented on certain days grouped by theme. This week, Anthony Russo and his brother Joe Russo, the directors of Marvel Studios’ soon-to-open Captain America: Civil War and the forthcoming two-part event Avengers: Infinity War, sat down with the good folks of Screen Junkies responsible for their hilarious – and often infuriating – “Honest Trailers” series to dissect and discuss with warm candor the Honest Trailer made for their first major Marvel Movie – 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. | Russo Brothers Confirmed For ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ |

Less than a month away from the release of Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Age of Ultron comes the announcement that Joe and Anthony Russo will be directing the Avengers: Infinity War two-part film. It was actually reported last month that the sibling directors were in the running to helm the film, but now Disney and Marvel have confirmed the news in a new press released that was posted on the Marvel website. The Russos first made their Marvel Studio debut with Captain America: The Winter Soldier, a film that grossed $714 million worldwide. Eventually they would sign on to direct the film’s sequel, Captain America: Civil War, which will bring Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark character into Captain America’s story in a much larger capacity than a simple cameo. The film will also introduce Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it is rumored that Spider-Man, who Marvel gained permission to use after a deal with Sony was agreed upon back in February, will make his big screen MCU debut in the film.
