| ‘Westworld’ Season 2 Spoiler Video Is Trolling You
Yesterday, Westworld showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy made a bold announcement. In order to stop Reddit users from guessing plot points for season 2, the two would release a video full of spoilers. The only catch was that it had to reach a certain amount of upvotes. Scratch that, it’s not as much of a “spoiler” filled video as it is an elaborate prank. Scratch that as well, it’s not as much of an elaborate prank as it is a Rickroll video. Check it out below. | ‘Westworld’ Season 2 Trailer: It’s A Cowboy World Out There, We Just Live In Its “Heart-Shaped Box”
The one thing I am fascinated about with HBO’s Westworld is its use of piano ballad cover songs. Sure the mystery of the world and the sci-fi elements have their intrigue, but the music and how it’s woven into the narrative is much more fun to figure out and break down. So when you hear something like Nirvana’s “Heart-Shaped Box” play in the newest trailer for the upcoming second season, you have to wonder, why did they use that song. Check out the latest trailer for Westworld season 2, below.

| SXSW 2018: HBO’s ‘Westworld’ Panel
With the return of HBO’s Westworld coming sometime in April, fans of the smash hit show crowded the Austin Convention Center ballroom during SXSW 2018 in hopes that its stars and showrunners might offer hints of what’s to come. And they weren’t disappointed. The panel was moderated by WIRED’s Jason Tanz, who introduced showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, and stars Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores Abernathy), Thandie Newton (Maeve Millay), James Marsden (Teddy Flood), and Jeffrey Wright (Bernard/Arnold) to the stage.
