- Jack Black will star in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind director Michael Gondry‘s new film, BE KIND REWIND. Black will play a man whose brain gets magnetized and somehow erases all the films in his friend’s video store, forcing them to try to remake the movies.
- There’s a new RED SONJA film in the works. Brigitte Nielsen and Arnold Schwarzenegger aren’t expected to be a part of it.
- A digitally remastered 3-D version of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas comes to theaters this October 20. [via Hollywood Reporter]
- Wolfgang Petersen (Poseidon) will direct the film adaptation of Orson Scott Card‘s popular SF book Ender’s Game. [via scifi.com]
- Dark Horse Comics celebrates 20 years with a 25-cent one-shot Dark Horse Twenty Years, with an all-star cover by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola as well as Serenity director Joss Whedon‘s artistic debut.
- Kyle Newman will direct that Revenge of the Nerds remake.
- A darker, more realistic remake of 1981’s Clash of the Titans is in the works at Warner Bros. with newcomer Travis Beachem writing the screenplay. [via Rotten Tomatoes]
- Mister T is getting a reality show on TV Land called I PITY THE FOOL, in which the A-Team star gives advice.
