I think this is pretty much accurate – although I would contest the rating of “Devil in the Dark”. While I know a lot of folks love this one because it shows that “monsters can be human too”, I’ve never gotten off to it – I found the characters were flat and the plot predictable. Still, the “Pain, Pain!” line is classic.
I’m surprised that Doomsday Machine was as well-liked as it was, and that its cousin, “Immunity Syndrome” wasn’t more popular. Admittedly, I wouldn’t put it in the top ten either.
Funny, how all the best episodes are from seasons one and two and the worst are all from the third.
