First Look: Samuel L. Jackson As The Octopus in ‘The Spirit’
space
The Movie God   |  @   |

OctopusComic-Con Magazine has the exclusive first look at Samuel L. Jackson as The Octopus in Frank Miller‘s The Spirit.

The picture is featured on the cover of the Spring 2008 edition of the magazine, which I suggest everyone take a peek at (it’s available at the site as a PDF).

Is this picture proof that Sammy L. can pretty much always look bad-ass? I mean, he’s wearing a pretty, puffy coat and I still fear for my life.

The cast is one solid thing going for The Spirit; I love who they’ve got, but that trailer just really made me skeptical and even a little reluctant. I’m really hoping to eventually see some more footage, be turned completely around on it, and eventually love the movie oh so much.

The Spirit now has a Christmas Day 2008 release date.

  1. Sam looks a little creepy but the movie is still going to ROCK!
