Bethesda Softworks has announced that Lucy Lawless is set to lend her voice to the upcoming video game title from inXile Entertainment, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge.
Lawless is best know for her roles in Xena: Warrior Princess, the hit Syfy series Battlestar Galactica, and most recently on the bloody and brilliant Starz original series, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the video game she’ll be voicing a character by the name of Seraphine, a spirit guide who lures the game’s main two characters (Caddoc and E’lara) into a dangerous adventure by promising them riches and power.
Of the announcement, Lawless said “Hunted is an incredibly dark, intense game and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work on such a thrilling project. After playing the heroine for so long it’s refreshing to portray such a villainous, seductive temptress!”

The game is said to be a new take on the dungeon crawling game with shooter elements fused in as well. It involves two main characters as mentioned above, allowing the player to work with their counterpart to progress through the game and making it an exciting game for those who like to play with friends.
Hunted: The Demon’s Forge is set to be released on June 1st in North America and June 3rd in Europe. It will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
