Today sees the release of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser #1, the beginning of a new on-going series from BOOM! Studios which has Barker back writing for the franchise he created! Barker wrote the novella The Hellbound Heart, which he then adapted to film with Hellraiser. Although there have been comics set in the Hellraiser world before, this is the first time Barker himself is writing a Hellraiser comic book series and it’s only his third time venturing back into the universe!
