The $10 t-shirt deal of the day over at TeeFury today is a mash-up of Peanuts and H.P. Lovecraft‘s Cthulhu called “Call of Snoophulhu” by queenmob.

The sale began at Teefury today, Friday, September 14, 2012, at midnight EST, and will continue for 24 hours from then, and once it’s over, it will not be sold on the site for $10 anymore, though it might continue into the next day for $13 (look for the After Hours bar at the top).

The t-shirt is available in men’s and women’s sizes in silver for $10 each.

H.P. Lovecraft is probably my favorite writer ever. I spent half a year writing a diploma thesis about his influence on popular culture and another year on writing and drawing a graphic novel based on his stories. I love putting his work through a cartoon filter – and it felt right to mash up Lovecraft with this iconic image.
