Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead was easily one of the best games of 2012. If you’ve not yet played the five-episode point-and-click style game, you should either download it or pick up a physical copy of it immediately. You can thank us later.
After the first season came and went, a rumor started swirling that Telltale might just release some DLC for the game that would bridge the fifth and final episode of the first season to the upcoming second season.
With the arrival of E3 2013, this rumor has now become fact. A brand new Walking Dead DLC has been announced titled “400 Days,” and you can see the first trailer for it below now!
The DLC will revolve around a truck stop in Georgia and five different new characters whose storylines will intertwine as the first 400 days of the zombie outbreak unfold. Players will be able to play each of these five intertwining short stories in any order they wish to, and of course, the choices you make and actions you take will affect the way the story unfolds.
Telltale has also announced that their Walking Dead is now coming to PlayStation Vita, including this new DLC. The games will offer Vita players an exclusive hybrid touch experience.
“400 Days” will run you $4.99 or the equivalent when it’s released later this summer. The game is also available on Microsoft LIVE and PlayStation Network, iOS devices, and on PC and Mac.
