So far we’ve gotten a tiny teaser trailer for the Doctor Who Christmas Special The Time Of The Doctor, along with some images for the upcoming episode.
Now, the BBC has released the trailer for The Time Of The Doctor. Watch it here below, along with the U.S. version from BBC America.
This year’s Christmas Special stars Matt Smith in his final appearance as the Doctor, ushering in the new era of Peter Capaldi‘s Doctor.
Orbiting a quiet backwater planet, the massed forces of the universe’s deadliest species gather, drawn to a mysterious message that echoes out to the stars. And amongst them – the Doctor. Rescuing Clara from a family Christmas dinner, the Time Lord and his best friend must learn what this enigmatic signal means for his own fate and that of the universe.
