At the WB panel in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, attendees got to see the world premiere of the trailer for The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies, the final installment of The Hobbit film trilogy (read our coverage of the panel here). A tiny, tiny tease of the trailer was posted online, but now finally the full teaser trailer has been released for all to see!

As I pointed out in my Con coverage, I felt this teaser was very somber, which is how it seems the trailers for The Hobbit movies tend to be, even though it doesn’t fully represent the overall tone of the film. The teaser focused on Thorin’s insistence on war, Bard’s expanded role, and how Bilbo will remember the details of the events that occurred on his journey with the dwarves and the wizard Gandalf.
