If you can believe it, there’s now a Taken 3. That’s right, Liam Neeson has returned for the third and final installment of what I refer to as the Tooken Trilogy and this time it’s even more personal. As we learned in the first film, 2008’s Taken, Neeson’s retired CIA operative Bryan Mills has a “particular set of skills” that he threatens to use on the people who abducted his daughter, played by Maggie Grace.
Well, it looks like Neeson’s willing to pull the “skills” card in real life, too. Grace made an appearance this week on Conan to promote Taken 3, which was released in theaters yesterday, where she revealed that her movie dad prank-called one of her ex-boyfriends in-character as Bryan Mills.
Check out the video of Grace’s appearance on Conan, which includes the audio of the prank call Neeson made where he tells his co-star’s ex about his skills.
This prank call is pretty hilarious. But, I’m surprised it took this long for something like this to happen, considering how recognizable that scene is in Taken where Bryan is on the phone with the kidnappers threatening them and boasting about his skills.
