| At ‘LOST’s End: A 5 Controversy, May 23rd, 2010
May 23rd, 2010 marked the end of one of the most talked about shows on television – ABC’s LOST. Created by JJ Abrams, Damon Lindelof, and Jeffrey Lieber, this supernateral, mystical, mythological, theological, science fictional drama relied on flashbacks and eventual flashforwards, mixed with the present, to tell watercooler television. When it ended 5 years ago today, it sparked outrageous controversy, reminiscient of the outcry at The Sopranos ending, three years before. Still today (and I think it still will be 20 years from now), there remains such a divide between those who loved and those who hated the series, especially that unexpected ending. For the most part, the majority of viewers tend to land on one side of endings – Dexter, most hated, while Sons Of Anarchy, most loved. Not so with this show. Which side did you fall on?

| Liam Neeson Prank-Calls ‘Taken’ Co-star’s Ex In Character (Video)
If you can believe it, there’s now a Taken 3. That’s right, Liam Neeson has returned for the third and final installment of what I refer to as the Tooken Trilogy and this time it’s even more personal. As we learned in the first film, 2008’s Taken, Neeson’s retired CIA operative Bryan Mills has a “particular set of skills” that he threatens to use on the people who abducted his daughter, played by Maggie Grace. Well, it looks like Neeson’s willing to pull the “skills” card in real life, too. Grace made an appearance this week on Conan to promote Taken 3, which was released in theaters yesterday, where she revealed that her movie dad prank-called one of her ex-boyfriends in-character as Bryan Mills. Check out the video of Grace’s appearance on Conan, which includes the audio of the prank call Neeson made where he tells his co-star’s ex about his skills.

| ‘LOST’ Showrunners Finally Reveal If Survivors Were Dead The Whole Time |
|
It’s already been a decade since the hit ABC series LOST debuted and four years now since it came to a controversial end, but whether you loved or hated the ending there’s no denying that the finale and the show as a whole sparked countless theories and debates on what was going on with that island and the survivors who were stranded there. One popular theory among fans was that everyone on Oceanic Flight 815 died in the crash, and that the island was some kind of purgatory they were stuck in. This theory seemed even more likely after the finale aired. Celebrating the ten-year anniversary of the show’s premiere recently, showrunners Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof as well as cast members Josh Holloway, Jorge Garcia, Yunjin Kim, Ian Somerhalder, Maggie Grace, Henry Ian Cusick, and Malcolm David Kelley answered some questions. And of course, the top question on fan minds was if the survivors were dead the whole time or not. Click on over to the other side to the find out the answer, once and for all.

| ‘Taken 2’ Trailer: Liam Neeson Threatens You Via YouTube VideoOnly a few men can find where you are hiding. One of them is Bryan Millis (Liam Neeson). Scouring the globe, he managed to kill an entire underground human trafficking group and rescue his daughter. But it looks like he is still pissed. Pissed at the fact that you haven’t been talking about his movie. Now he sends his threats to YouTube. And when you watch it, rest assure, he will find you, and you will not like it. Kidding aside, the latest video is just another marketing tool using Bryan Mills’ infamous lines to push you to watch this movie. It’s already got me hooked, but the nifty intro was a nice touch. There isn’t a whole lot of new material in this trailer to look at except the intro and requests that you find the missing scene by going on twitter and using the hashtag #taken2scene.
