Warning: Spoilers for Fear the Walking Dead Episode 1.2.
Now that Episode 2, “So Close, Yet So Far,” of AMC’s new drama Fear the Walking Dead has aired, it’s time to take a look at the Most Talked About Scene from the episode, which involves Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis) going to look for his son Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie) in the crowded streets of LA during a protest turned riot.

There’s a good reason why this is the most talked about scene of the episode, and that’s because in it, we see what looks like a Walker in plain sight during the riots and it gets shot in the head by the police, stopping it in its tracks. There’s so much chaos that it’s not apparent to everyone that the people who are getting shot by the police are actually zombies. Instead, the protesters think the cops are using excessive force. But, we can tell.
