Lip Sync Battle Tatum Header

Last night was the season 2 premiere of Lip Sync Battle on Spike. After a super successful inaugaral season, LSB pulled out all the stops with Channing Tatum pitted against his wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum. For a full dynamic hour, these two gorgeous spouses owned that stage. LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen were loving it. And so were we.

Check out all the amazing videos below.

The audience went bananas! Quentin Tarantino was in the audience, supporting his Hateful Eight actor. There’s a new set and a full bar in the Tarantino section.

Mrs. Tatum rocked America’s world with “Coldhearted” by Paula Abdul. I know she is a professional dancer, but her moves were so crisp, and her lip syncing was on point, even during the fast part. So sexy and so perfect, she wowed everybody. And then Paula Abdul came out and they danced in perfect sync.

Channing: “I’m not going after that.”

Then Channing made us die. He threw himself into his daughter’s favorite song, “Let It Go,” from Frozen, wearing the Elsa wig and gown. I just watched it in awe. He pretended to hit those notes with such feeling.

Channing: “My childhood fantasy.”
LL Cool J: “This is more mystery Mike.”
Channing: “Trying to ruin it for her (their daughter) so we never have to watch it again.”

Jenna Dewan-Tatum & Paula Abdul’s “Cold Hearted” vs. Channing Tatum’s “Let It Go” | Lip Sync Battle

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum are back for another battle in the Season 2 premiere of Lip Sync Battle! Jenna teams up with Paula Abdul for “Cold Hearted”, then Channing morphs into Queen Elsa for Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go” from the Disney movie Frozen!

Anyone need a lap dance? Jenna pulled a “Magic Mike” on her husband, and may have beaten him in the sexy department. Thrusting and grinding and dancing to the MM theme song, “Pony” by Ginuine, she nailed it! With power tools! Channing had to bow down to her and her painted on abs.

Channing strutted out to “Run The World (Girls)” by Beyonce. So much twerking. He was in a bra with the hair (including wind). Just so much twerking. And then out walks the Queen Bee herself – Beyonce! Glass should have been shattering from the screams.

LL Cool J: “Channing Tatum as Beyonce with Beyonce.”
Channing: “I’ve always dreamed of doing this when I was a little girl.”

Channing Tatum & Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls)” vs. Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s “Pony” | Lip Sync Battle

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, husband and wife dance duo extraordinaire, duke it out in the Season 2 premiere of Lip Sync Battle! Jenna reimagines Channing’s Magic Mike XXL routine to Ginuwine’s “Pony” while Channing brings in some extra firepower for his version of Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls)”!

And the winner is….. the both of them!
